• Selfie photograph submitted for KYC identity matching

• Philippine mobile phone number (09XX format)

• GCash account number or Maya account details (for payment processing)
• Bank account details where bank transfer is used (BPI, BDO, Metrobank)

wi1win processes your personal data on the following legal bases under the Data Privacy Act of 2012:

• Legal obligation: Processing required to comply with PAGCOR regulations, AML obligations, and other applicable Philippine laws.

• Payment processors: GCash (G-Xchange Inc.), Maya (Voyager Innovations), GrabPay, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank — to process your deposits and withdrawals. These entities are governed by their own privacy policies and Philippine financial regulations.
• KYC and identity verification providers: Third-party services that assist wi1win in verifying player identity and age in compliance with PAGCOR requirements.

7. Data Retention

wi1win retains your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, subject to the following minimum retention periods:

• Account and identity data: retained for a minimum of five (5) years from account closure, as required by PAGCOR AML regulations
• Transaction and financial records: retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction, as required by Philippine AML law
• Game logs and wager records: retained for three (3) years for dispute resolution and regulatory audit purposes
• Customer support communications: retained for two (2) years from the date of resolution

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, wi1win will securely delete or anonymize your personal data.

• Right to rectification: The right to have inaccurate or incomplete personal data corrected.
• Right to erasure: The right to request deletion of your personal data, subject to wi1win's legal retention obligations under PAGCOR and AML regulations.
• Right to object: The right to object to processing based on wi1win's legitimate interests, including direct marketing.

• Right to lodge a complaint: The right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines if you believe your data privacy rights have been violated.

To exercise any of these rights, contact wi1win's Data Protection Officer as described in Section 14. wi1win will respond to your request within thirty (30) days.

11. Children's Privacy

wi1win is strictly prohibited for persons under twenty-one (21) years of age. wi1win does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 21. Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC process for all registered players.

If wi1win becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, that account will be immediately suspended, the data will be securely deleted, and any associated balances will be forfeited in accordance with wi1win's Terms & Conditions and Philippine law.

12. Cross-Border Data Transfers

Some of wi1win's technology service providers — including cloud infrastructure, game software providers, and analytics tools — may process personal data outside of the Philippines. Where such cross-border transfers occur, wi1win ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place, consistent with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and the National Privacy Commission's guidelines on cross-border data transfers.

These safeguards include contractual data processing agreements with all third-party processors that impose equivalent data protection obligations, and restricting transfers to countries with adequate data protection frameworks where feasible.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

wi1win reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. When material changes are made, wi1win will notify registered players by email or via an in-platform notification. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

Continued use of the wi1win platform following any update constitutes your acknowledgment of the revised policy. If you disagree with the updated policy, you should cease using wi1win and contact support to request account closure and data deletion.
